Mitzu has now had all her stiches removed. She stood nice and still and the vet worked quickly. This was a relief as I had got cramp in my leg while she was being injected and stiched up! I had to squat down in the straw and hold her head not daring to move incase the vet slipped with his needle! Anyway, now she is healing up really well and has been eating lots of brambles and bilberry shoots. 
Phew!
