This pan full of verdant foliage is freshly picked bilberry leaf gathered from our garden. We have an abundance of bilberry growing here so we use it to make a leaf extract for our foot cream. There is still more than plenty left and next month we’ll be picking the delicious berries to scatter over ice cream and fruit salads.
