Delivery in the United Kingdom

We aim to send orders out within three working days and base postage charges on the weight of your total order:
Up to 1kg – £3.30 via Royal Mail First Class
1 – 2kg – £5.65 via Royal Mail First Class
2 – 20kg – £10 via APC Courier (a signature is needed for this method, if you think you may be out please add your delivery instructions, i.e. leave in porch)

International Postage

We use the Royal Mail’s International Tracked and Signed service and use their charges on our website.

Once the goods have left our premises Laughing Bird relinquishes all responsibility of the package. However, we promise to do our best and sincerely hope the package arrives intact. We cannot accept International Returns. For countries outside the UK there is a cut off weight at 2kg, for orders over this weight please contact us.

Returns and Refunds within the United Kingdom

If for any reason you decide to return unopened goods we will give you a full refund. However, the goods must be returned to us, in the same condition you received them, within 14 days of purchase. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless we delivered the item to you in error or the goods are faulty. Any damaged goods must be reported to us within 3 days of receiving the order.

Your right to return goods is protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
