Credit/Debit Card Security
Our site does not store any sensitive customer information. All credit/debit card details are taken by paypal and are secured by 128-encrypted sessions. Payment of Goods Paypal accept all major credit/debit cards. If you prefer to order by post please print the 'View Basket' page and send it to us with your name, address including your cheque or postal order.
Privacy Policy
When you place an order, we ask for your name, e mail address and delivery/invoice address. Without this information we will be unable to process your order. We ask for a contact telephone number in case there is a query or problem with your order. We do not make your details available to any other company.
Postage in the United Kingdom
Orders up to 1 kilo will be dispatched using first class mail from our local post office on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Parcels of 1 kilo up to 20 kilos will be sent using standard parcel delivery.
Returns and Refunds within the United Kingdom
If for any reason you decide to return unopened goods we will give you a full refund. However, the goods must be returned to us, in the same condition you received them, within 14 days of purchase. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless we delivered the item to you in error or the goods are faulty. Any damaged goods must be reported to us within 3 days of receiving the order Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
International Postage
Once the goods have left our premises Laughing Bird relinquishes all responsibility of the package. However, we promise to do our best and sincerely hope the package arrives intact. We cannot accept International Returns. As we are a small company we are not VAT registered therefore the prices are as stated on the site.
Medical Claims
Laughing Bird make no medical claim regarding any physical or therapeutic boon gained from using the products.
